Casino Night – “Open Arms” Fundraiser – November 10th, Blue Ridge

The Mountain Life Team Blogger October 25, 2012

How would you like to do something really fun but also know you are benefiting a very worthy cause?  On November 10th, you should consider coming to Willow Creek Falls (formally known as Hi Country Events) for Casino Night…a night of great food, fun and bidding.  This event is a fundraiser for “ Open Arms “ and will benefit the children’s emergency assessment shelter in Fannin County!

Open Arms is hoping to raise the rest of the money it needs to open the doors of its residential facility for children removed from their homes by the juvenile court in Fannin County. They are in need to raise 32,000 more dollars and this is their fifth annual casino night fundraiser.

Casino night will feature a silent and live auction, live entertainment by the band Breaking Point, lots of food and other fun.  Emcee for the event is Jack Morton, the host of Light Up Blue Ridge.

Tickets for this exciting event are being sold at United Community Bank or the Fannin County Chamber of Commerce. Event is from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Cost is $50.00 per couple or $30.00 per single. Please support this great cause and have a great time as well!  Call Dianne Mallernee at 706-633-4773 for more information.
