The Real Estate Market is looking very promising moving forward into 2015, at least it appears that way for Fannin County located up in the mountains of North Georgia. The Median Sold Price for Homes and Cabins Sold in Blue Ridge GA had an increase of 23.3% year-to-date, and an amazing 52.5% month-over-month from February of 2014. That is great news. The Mountain Life Team definitely has seen an increase in activity, which again is why I feel that 2015 is promising for the Real Estate Market in Blue Ridge, as well as all of North Georgia.
The number of Closed Sales had an increase of 2.7%, with 77 Homes Sold in Blue Ridge last month. Our Months Supply of Inventory is deceasing meaning that we are moving to a more balanced market, although New Construction Homes and Cabins in Blue Ridge is definitely still favoring the Seller and in high demand. The number of New Listings entering the market has decreased by 36.8% year-over-year again reiterating that the pendulum is shifting to a clear Seller’s Market in all price points and categories possibly in the near future.
