The Median Sold Price for Homes and Cabins Sold in Blue Ridge GA  had an increase of 23.3% year-to-date, and an amazing 52.5% month-over-month from February of 2014. That is great news. The Mountain Life Team definitely has seen an increase in activity, which again is why I feel that 2015 is promising for the Real Estate Market in Blue Ridge, as well as all of North Georgia.
