Ivan has several family members that are in the construction business, and he has remodeled and flipped several homes in the Blairsville area. Ivan’s brother and nephew are surveyors and throughout the years he has been able to help them do research and work in the field with them on some major projects and surveys.

Through his corporate business life as a Financial Business Consultant, he has traveled to almost every state however truly believes there’s no place like north Georgia with beautiful mountains, rivers, creeks, and plenty of outdoor activities for the family.
