But let’s delve into what truly makes her special.  With her extensive experience in real estate, customer service, and property management, coupled with growing up in a family that owned and managed multiple properties, she has a deep understanding of the real estate world. She is known for being cheerful, positive, and very caring towards others.

Kalie's journey began in the charming town of Helen, GA, but in high school, her family moved to Hiawassee. It was there that she met her husband, Kyle Wood, a true native of Towns County. Kyle now works as the Director of Admissions at Truett McConnell University.

Kalie holds an associate's degree in medical billing and coding and worked as a property manager for over a decade before moving to Texas. In Texas, she found herself in the roles of marketing and enrollment recruiter at a college. Despite enjoying her work, Kalie realized she missed the real estate industry and quickly obtained her realtor license.

After spending five years in one of the USA’s largest cities, Kalie and Kyle decided to return to their roots to give their children the simple life they cherished growing up. They packed up everything and made the 17-hour journey back home to be near their family. Kalie and Kyle have been married for 13 years and have three wonderful children: Audrey (12), Lucas (11), and JohnLuke (7). Their family also includes a goldendoodle named Messi, after the famous soccer player.

Kalie is fully immersed in her young mom era, spending most of her days chasing her kids and being their chauffeur to various sporting events. If she’s not at the field, you might find her on a plane heading to explore a new city, as she has a long bucket list of places she wants to visit. The family enjoys different activities depending on the season: swimming at the pool or lake in the summer, chasing waterfalls and hiking in the spring and fall, and cozying up by the fireplace or hitting the ski slopes in the winter. Their biggest passion right now is seeing the world.
