Shawn was born in Nashville, TN, and has lived in Ohio, Arkansas, Illinois, and Florida prior to moving to the mountains of Blairsville in 1997. With an educational background in musical performance and music education, Shawn’s professional background includes 25 years in the lawn & landscape industry where he owned and operated his own company. He also worked in the restaurant industry for 6 years and the construction industry for 30 years. He brings all of this experience together to help his clients and customers accomplish their vision, something he says is his favorite part of his job.

Shawn has served his community in many different ways including his participation in the committee to draft a new ordinance for short-term rentals. He has also served in the role of Worship Pastor/Worship Leader at several ministries in our area.

Shawn has a son who is 18 and a daughter who is 17. In his spare time, he enjoys writing and playing music, foraging for wild edibles, trout fishing, cooking, and enjoying the outdoors.
