Spring fun1. Take a Family Hiking Adventure to Waterfalls along the Appalachian Trail

So Exploring is theme of this adventure.  The forest will come alive with cheery singing birds, the mountain laurels blooming on the hillsides and the rapid tumbling waters.  The Applalachian Trail begins in Blue Ridge, GA & winds 2000 mile length to Maine.  Begin at The Three Forks and Follow the Self Guided Tour & Hiking Access Spots Self Guided Tour to enjoy an awesome adventure with your family.

2. Family Fun Adventure Game with Tracking Booklet

3. Blue Ridge Scenic Railway

Your family will experience living history on this historic railway.  This is a “must see” in these North Georgia mountains and their season begins March 13th.  The railroad connects the towns of Blue Ridge & McCaysville & journeys along the amazing Toccoa River. The ride is 26 miles & 4 hours long with a 2 hour layover in McCaysville/Copperhill. 4. Mercier Orchards Family Fun U-Pick Strawberries

Ever picked your own fruits or veggies?  Experience a little North Georgia farming and pick your own strawberries beginning in May! What an experience for your children? This is a great place for unforgettable adventure.  Mercier offers tractor rides, a farm market, a great deli for breakfast or lunch and their famous bakery.  Check out their events on their website today!

 5. The Trout Adventure Trail
