Brian, born and raised in Union County and renowned for his impact in the sports community, is prepared to embark on a new coaching role within real estate, ensuring the experience from start to finish results in a “win” for all involved!

Brian earned his Bachelor's and Master's degree in Education from Furman University and subsequently completed his Specialist degree at Lincoln Memorial University. Returning to his roots, he proudly served as the head football coach at Union County High School for 19 years. With more than 35 years of coaching expertise, Brian retired from the educational field in 2024.

Brian's extensive experience coaching football and leading teams has proven to be invaluable in his transition to the real estate industry. His years on the field have honed his ability to motivate individuals towards a common goal, cultivate strong interpersonal relationships, and foster a collaborative environment. Brian understands the importance of communication, strategy, and adaptability-skills that are equally crucial in navigating the complexities of real estate transactions. His background in coaching has instilled in him a commitment to teamwork and a dedication to achieving win-win outcomes, ensuring that he approaches every real estate endeavor with a focus on cooperation, negotiation, and achieving optimal results for you, his clients. 

Brian is happily married to his best friend, Pam Allison, who serves as our Director of Operations. Together, they cherish their family life with their two children, Pierson and Riley, alongside their beloved fur babies, Salley and Molly. Brian's interests span from sports and family beach outings to his passions for golf and all things camping. Mention golf or RVs, and you'll quickly find a friend in Brian (coincidentally, these are two items you'll discover right here in the mountains!)
