Chad Lariscy is more than a lifelong resident of North Georgia - he is a product of it. Born and raised in Blue Ridge and now calling Blairsville home for over 20 years, Chad’s roots run deep in these mountains. His understanding of the area isn’t something learned over time - it’s lived. It’s where he built his life, raised his family, and ultimately created a business designed to serve both.

With over 21 years of experience in real estate, Chad has seen nearly every side of the industry. Today, his role has intentionally evolved. As the Owner and Team Leader of The Mountain Life Team, he focuses on leading and mentoring the team he has carefully built while still staying connected to the business and working directly with clients in select opportunities. For Chad, it’s about ensuring that whether you work with him or a member of his team, you’re receiving the same level of care, integrity, and experience.

What sets Chad apart isn’t just experience - it’s intention. Every decision he makes is rooted in people. Before real estate, Chad walked through several seasons of work that ultimately shaped the foundation of who he is today. From owning and operating a long-standing family business in Blue Ridge to pursuing various side ventures, each experience played a role in teaching him the value of independence, resilience, and building something of his own. Those lessons sparked a desire to create a path that wasn’t tied to circumstance, but instead rooted in purpose and long-term impact. With a natural connection to homes, people, and the mountain lifestyle, real estate became that path. What began as an opportunity quickly grew into a passion - one that allowed him to build not just a business, but a legacy for his family and for those who grow alongside him.

While Chad has served in multiple leadership roles within the local real estate community, including time on the Northeast Georgia Board of REALTORS®, his greatest pride doesn’t come from titles or awards. It comes from the relationships he’s built along the way. He believes that real estate, at its core, is about people- and that trust is earned through honesty, consistency, and showing up well beyond the transaction.

That belief carries into every part of his life. Chad has been married to his wife, Kristi, for over 30 years, and together they’ve built a family that continues to grow. With children, in-laws, and now grandchildren - who have quickly become the center of his world - his why has only deepened over time. Whether it’s time spent with family, supporting local schools and organizations, serving as an elder at Blairsville Church of Christ, or simply enjoying life in the mountains he’s always called home, Chad values the life he’s built just as much as the business behind it.

Known for his intentional nature, sense of humor, and unwavering loyalty, Chad is someone who shows up - for his team, his clients, and his community. He’s driven by something bigger than business: a desire to serve, to lead well, and to create something meaningful that lasts.
