Throughout her life, meeting new people almost always led to “Oh, are you Chad Lariscy’s daughter?”, a title she couldn’t be more proud to claim. Moving a lot while growing up was always exciting and enjoyable for Madison. The excitement while looking at houses, imagining what it could be like if they lived there, and the fight over who got what room was something she will always treasure, along with each house she got to call home. 

While in high school, Madison got to experience real estate behind the scenes when she chose to work with our Team for her work-based study. Since 2014, she has provided value to many aspects of the business including Marketing and Referrals, and now as Director of Lead Generation. No matter what role she is in here, she is always joyful and helpful to those around her.

Madison was born and raised in Blairsville, GA, with a little bit of Blue Ridge and a whole lot of Lake Nottely woven into her story. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Rehabilitation with a focus in Occupational Therapy in 2019, followed by her Master’s in Occupational Therapy in 2022. While she has a deep love for OT, God gently redirected her path, leading her to serve Him and love others through her work with The Mountain Life Team.

She is married to Noah Bearden, who is also part of the team, and together they are raising their two daughters, Collins and Navy—who have completely changed their world in the best way. Whether they’re spending time on the lake or simply soaking in the everyday moments, Madison finds the most joy in being with her family.
