Pam Major Allison was born in a small town about 30 miles North of Boston, MA called Methuen, where she grew up with her family. She lived in the New England area for 23 years until she moved to Greenville, SC where she attended Greenville Technical College. After successfully completing her degree in Computer Programming, Pam realized she had altogether fallen in love with the South and all that it had to offer. 

Pam worked with Worldspan in Atlanta, GA as a programmer and analyst, but once she moved to the North Georgia Mountains, Pam became the Data Collections Coordinator for the Union County School System. After many years in this role, Pam made the decision to join The Mountain Life Real Estate Team | KW Realty Partners and became a highly successful Buyers Specialist and Listing Specialist within the team. Although she is still a licensed REALTOR® and continues to maintain great relationships with her past clients, Pam transitioned into the role of Operations Manager for the team. If you know Pam, you can understand why we are thrilled that she is part of our team. Aside from her attention to detail, organizational and procedural approach to business, and implementation of systems for the benefit and success of those around her, Pam’s exuberant personality is contagious to say the least. With her southern/Boston accent in combination with her humor and heart, you will find nothing short of a good friend in Pam. 

Pam is married to her best friend, Brian Allison. Together they have 2 children, Pierson and Riley. Pam enjoys sports, the outdoors, and most of all, RV trips with friends and family exploring the United States!
