Riley Allison is a Realtor with The Mountain Life Team, proudly serving the North Georgia and Western North Carolina mountains. Born and raised in Blairsville, Riley is a third-generation local with deep roots in the community. Growing up in the mountains has given her a genuine love and appreciation for the area and the people who make it so special.
Family and community have always played a big role in Riley’s life. Her dad was the head football coach at the local high school for more than 20 years, where he dedicated himself to his players and the community. Watching him pour his heart into the people around him taught Riley the importance of building relationships, showing up for others, and genuinely caring about the people she serves.
Real estate has also always been close to home. Riley’s mom has been in the real estate business for over 10 years and guides Riley through her own real estate journey. Having both of her parents as strong influences has shaped the way Riley approaches her business and the relationships she builds with her clients.
What Riley loves most about being a Realtor is helping people find their perfect mountain home. Whether it’s a cozy cabin, a piece of land to build on, or a place to make lifelong memories, she loves being part of the journey. One of her favorite moments is when a client walks through the door, looks around, and says, “Awww, this is perfect.” That’s the feeling she strives to help every client find.
When Riley isn’t showing homes or helping clients, you can probably find her enjoying some Taco Bell or hanging out with her cat, Little Boy.
Riley is incredibly grateful to call these mountains home and even more grateful to help others find a place they can call home, too!
