"The Mountain Life team, is just that - A Team. I had access to someone who knew my file and what was going on at all times. No matter who I spoke with, I felt known and cared for. At my closing, the attorney chosen by the sellers, refused to execute the contract legally and allowed a ridiculous interpretation of a household goods addendum to mean that they did not have to pay for the fuel left in the propane tank. Everyone in the room knew that he was supposed to follow the seller’s addendum but he ignored the law and did what would please the buyer who does ongoing business with him. The only option felt like walk away at the closing or just forfeit $1300 due to me. A prefer the path to peace but this really stung. Much to my very happy surprise, my agent, Heather Byers, wrote me a personal check for half the value. Yes, a personal check. Made an impression that will last forever."

Used two other real estate services in the past with very little help or response. The team has even went far and beyond looking up soil samples from county and having an easement removed through home owners association to help the clients that are purchasing property.
