HOW IT WORKS

Supreme Lending Southeast’s guarantee applies after all contract contingencies—appraisal, financing, inspection, etc.—are satisfied. They will meet your contract closing date or will return your earnest money up to $5,000. That said, the Close-on-Time Guarantee is limited to individuals who apply for and are approved by the Southeast Division of Supreme Lending for a mortgage loan to purchase real property in GA, FL, or NC.
