Lake Nottely is a quiet and tranquil getaway. More than half of Lake Nottely’s shoreline is undeveloped, so it is one of the most peaceful lakes around. The lake was man-made in 1942 by the TVA. Visitors enjoy un-crowded hiking trails around the lake and swimming holes that provide opportunities for countless water sports.
